Marcus Sander is one of the two founders and managing partners of ALLINCAPITALS. He has many years of experience in leading positions as an equity analyst at renowned banks (including Sal. Oppenheim, Macquarie Securities) and as an investor relations manager of an MDAX group. Most recently, he worked as CFO of an internationally positioned IT company in the fintech sector, the sale of which he successfully implemented in 2021. Marcus Sander was born in Lower Saxony and studied economics in Hanover. He has lived in Frankfurt for many years, which he values highly for its internationality and open-mindedness.
Carsten Werle is one of the two founders and managing partners of ALLINCAPITALS. He worked for Talanx AG in Hanover for a total of ten years until 2021, helping to take the company public and taking over as Head of Investor Relations in 2013. Carsten Werle won the German IR Award several times in the SDAX category in team and individual rankings. Before his IR career, Carsten Werle worked for 15 years as an analyst in bond and equity research at well-known banks. Among other things, he headed the European research of the bank Sal. Oppenheim and the German-Swiss research of Macquarie Securities. Carsten Werle studied economics in Kiel, Paris and Cologne and lives in Cologne.
Dr Martina Therese Kiehas is Senior ESG Consultant at ALLINCAPITALS. She has been working academically and professionally with sustainability and communication since 2013. After her studies at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten and the University of Aarhus/Denmark, she received her PhD with a thesis on marketing ethics and animal welfare in the Danish agricultural industry. She worked as a marketing manager for an investment company for sustainable capital investments and as a project manager for an NGO in Brussels. Most recently, she advised companies from the DACH region on direct investments on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Martina Kiehas is Austrian and has lived and worked in Denmark, the USA, Belgium and Germany. In addition to German, she speaks fluently English and Danish.
